Vineyard

Climate conditions in the Penedes are generally Mediterranean, mild and warm. However, mountains and tectonic depressions contribute to the creation of well-defined microclimates and diverse soils. We monitor and select every parcel to ensure you get the representation you seek in your products. The grapes used to produce this type of cava come from their own vineyards. We produce our Classic Coupage using 33.3% of each variety.
