History
: The story of Maison Sinnae begins on the plateau along the right bank of the Rhône River, overlooking the villages of Laudun and Chusclan. Nearly 2,000 years ago, the Romans introduced viticulture and winemaking culture to this land, and traces of their presence still remain today on the plateau known as “Caesar’s Camp.”
The modern roots of Maison Sinnae date back to the Laudun Winegrowers’ Cellar, founded in 1925, and the Chusclan Cellar, established in 1939. In 2008, the two cooperatives merged to form Laudun Chusclan Vignerons, marking the beginning of a new chapter driven by innovation and adaptation to changing times and environmental challenges. Since then, the winery has continuously evolved through the development of organic wines, expansion of vineyard areas, and the opening of a dedicated white wine cellar.
In 2019, the estate adopted the name Maison Sinnae, establishing a more modern and approachable identity. In 2024, it further strengthened its connection with consumers through the opening of a wine tourism center. As Maison Sinnae celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2025, it continues to honor a century of history while preserving the value of its terroir for future generations.
About Wine
: The name “Costes Nobles Terres” pays tribute to the vineyards once belonging to the Lord of Gicon, deriving from the fact that all of the vineyards are situated on hillside slopes. This wine reflects Maison Sinnae’s dedication to preserving and passing down the heritage and terroir of the Rhône region to future generations.
Approximately 60% of the blend undergoes traditional fermentation following 12 days of maceration at 26–28°C. The remaining 40% is vinified using the Thermo Flash Release method, in which the grapes are exposed to high temperatures for a short period to rapidly extract compounds from the skins and pulp, preserving fresh fruit aromas and vibrant color.

The wine displays a beautiful ruby color, offering generous aromas of red fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, complemented by delicate spice notes and subtle earthy nuances. On the palate, concentrated red fruit flavors are supported by a rounded, delicate, and silky texture, while balanced acidity harmonizes with a soft and refined finish. The result is a smooth mouthfeel and a lingering, elegant aftertaste.
